Alexander Wang – Fall 2010 Ready to Wear – New York Fashion Week

Wang’s Fall 2010 collection used Wall Street as its inspiration, taking pinstripes, sharp tailoring, and the office dress code to new levels, and leaving his famous T’s and knits to other seasons. Cropped blazers and the likes were mixed with bondage-style straps and criss-crosses, and leggings and second-skin pants are sure to garner a following by those with the covetable legs-that-don’t-touch-in-the-middle. (Including all the it-girls in the modeling industry who walked for Wang: Anja Rubik, Natalia Vodianova, Natasha Poly, Karlie Kloss, etc etc).

I would definitely wear most of these ensembles to the office, cause who could pass up a working-girl turned career-woman concoction that includes leathers, velvets and sheers? See? Now suiting up is SO much more appealing.
