Wildfox Couture – "Beverly Hills Dolls" – Summer 2010

The Wildfox line has garnered somewhat of a cult following; the hipster/pink/rock’n'roll vibe is attractive to most it-girls and scenesters. Countless bloggers and fashion-followers oogle over the the look-books just as much as they do over the clothing. Celebrities have fallen for their identifiable t’s, and the wild child in all of us secretly wishes we were a part of the photo shoots.

So, their Spring 2010 collection, entitled “Beverly Hills Dolls” is a perfectly fitting description of the collection: lots of makeup, bleach blonde hair and splashes of hot pink throughout are sure signs of LaLa land inspiration and Barbie Doll humor. One wonders…is the brand secretly poking fun at its celebrity following?

If so..all the better. I love a brand with a sense of humor.
