Coveting: PREEN Asymmetrical Mini Dress

I have never been the jeans and t-shirt kind of girl. Even when I was a child, I preferred my sequined-frilled-laced out dance costumes over “regular” clothes, all of which I considered boring. Not much has changed since then. I still prefer a graphic mini dress, like this one, over jeans a top. Despite the ridiculously cold weather.
